Hi Its Tuesday and Welcome, I got my new Dell, and Finally Posting

 I see noone is posting and it is 0900am!!!!!
I see noone has started us out!!!! it is 9am. I am starting out my day going for a much needed massage on my sore neck. 
I got my new Dell laptop  last night. I am loving the new screen. I think it is bigger than the acer!!!!!

I have an eye appointment at 1:00. Today is cleaning day. My cold isn't much better so I may not clean until later this week.

Connie, the great thing about house work is it's always there! Your more important, so please take care of yourself and I hope you get better soon.

I finally found a bariatric surgeon who was willing to do my follow ups. I had no idea how hard it would be to find a doctor to take me. Not sure of the reasons he has all my records there were no complications. I'm down 35 lbs and I have 8 more pounds and I 'll be out of the 200's. I'm so excited and it's such a great motivator.

Well I had my Docs. appointment yesterday. Good news is 3 more mos of no chemo. No change from last time. Needless to say everyone in the office was surprised. I thank you for all your prayers.

Nan I was just talking to Phyllis about u today. I am so happy you wont have to do chemo for three more months.
Jo is in Hospice, I get word from her husband everyday on how things are going. it is very touch and go. She is sleeping most of the time. She know where she is at but not responding to the girls. only to the nurses. She will respond to her husband at times. 
I am feeling somewhat better. I am on prednisone to up the cortisol level, I do have to go to the endocrine department at usf soon just waiting for an appointment.  they think I have addisons. or a form of it.

Hi Carla and all OFFers, I also had to get a new computer. I got a dell desktop. I love it. My motherboard was fried. I am loving this beautiful fall weather. This is my favorite season because of all the colors. Have a great week. Mona

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing great frustration with my electrical power today.  Argh!  This old house is more trouble than it is worth.  Today the one plug in the whole house that should NEVER go out, is out.  It's where the TV is plugged in.  OMG.  My 2 year old is having a melt down.  Thank goodness I have an itty bitty tiny TV in the kitchen.  Benny is sitting in his high chair (he outgrew it months ago) watching PBSkids. 

I wish my husband was here.  I already checked all the breakers and none of them were tripped.  I took my blowdryer into the living room and tested all the plugs.  They are all working except for the one wall where the TV is.  I'm going to have to rig up some sort of extension cord thing I think.  I'll wait until Benny takes his nap to tackle it.

It's already warming back up here again.  My day and a half without the AC is over and done.  Time to close up the house and crank up the money hog again.  LOL!

I took Benny for a walk this morning and he stopped to pick up every rock we saw along the way.  His new little sweat pants have pockets.  That boy filled them both to overflowing.  He looked kinda like a chipmunk storing nuts for the winter. 

My oldest daughter, Carrie, has been very sick for the past week, and I haven't been able to go to her because of the baby.  Didn't want him to catch what she had.  I know she's 30 years old and an adult, but I'm still her MAMA, you know?  Thank goodness she sounded and felt better on the phone last night.  She was going back to work (school) today for the first time in over a week.  I think the stress of missing so much lab time is about to freak her out.  She puts su*****redible pressure on herself.  I told her she just has to forget about last week and go forward from here. 

I know there were things I wanted to say to everyone, but Benny is claiming my time and attention again.  Suffice it to say, I love you all!

Vickie...I am sure you have, but, did you completely shut that breaker OFF and then turn it ON again? Sometimes they look ON but are a bit OFF and it won't work. Just a thought.

Sorry your daughter has been so ill. Glad she feels well enough to return to work again.

Oh yeah, Connie, I tried 'em all. Flipped every one off and then on again. Then I had to reset all the clocks! LOL! I got Butch's heavy duty extension cord and used that with a power strip and got it all going again. So many cords! Wii, dvd, cable, tv, etc. It's crazy. Maybe it will work for the next 2 weeks until Butch comes home. I am STILL waiting for the Sears guy to come fix the frig! Enough with the electrical/appliance stuff already!
